About the Project
Carelinx is a healthcare platform that enables patients to easily book clinic appointments based on their specific needs. Users can browse clinics, compare doctors, view availability, and select convenient time slots—creating a smooth and transparent booking experience.I designed both the patient-facing flows and the back-office dashboard, focusing on accessibility, trust, and clarity. My approach involved user journey mapping, competitive analysis of telehealth platforms, and testing multiple scheduling scenarios to ensure usability across diverse user groups.
