About the Project
Rafiq Sons Online sells 100% authentic branded watches — Tissot, Rado, Casio, Seiko, and more — with nationwide delivery across Pakistan and official warranty backing on every purchase, competing in a market where counterfeit products make buyer trust the single biggest barrier to purchase.My role was UI/UX design for the storefront, built specifically to solve for authenticity anxiety — the number one objection watch buyers have when shopping for premium brands online in a market flooded with counterfeits.

In a market where counterfeit watches are common, the single biggest barrier to purchase isn't price or selection — it's whether the buyer believes the watch is genuine. The storefront needed to answer that question before a visitor even reached a product page.
