About the Project

Tiare Hawaii is a fashion ecommerce brand offering handmade, ecoconscious clothing inspired by island life and the Hawaiian spirit. The brand blends sustainability, comfort, and vibrant design to create apparel that feels both relaxed and expressive

The main challenge was to reflect the emotional, free‑spirited island vibe of the brand while maintaining a clear and structured shopping experience. The platform needed to feel vibrant and lifestyle‑driven without sacrificing usability, performance, or conversion clarity

Understanding fashion buyers, lifestyle branding, and DTC e‑commerce behavior

To build an authentic experience, I immersed myself in the fashion and DTC e‑commerce space:

  • Studied lifestyle fashion brands with strong visual identities

  • Analyzed customer behavior for browsing, filtering, and purchase decisions

  • Reviewed mobile‑first shopping patterns for apparel e‑commerce

  • Benchmarked trust signals and social proof placement

  • Explored how storytelling influences fashion purchase intent

This research helped define a balance between inspiration and efficiency.

The experience strategy focused on guiding users from inspiration to purchase through a natural flow:

  • Clear CTAs and pricing visibility to support conversion

  • Social proof to build confidence at key touchpoints
