About the Project
Water Horse is a custom‑printing e‑commerce platform that allows users to design and order personalized products with ease. Users can upload their own artwork, adjust placement and positioning on products, preview the final output in real time, and place orders directly. In addition, the platform offers a design gallery where users can select pre‑made designs and customize them before checkout.As the UI/UX designer, my role was to design an intuitive customization experience that balances creative freedom with a smooth, conversion‑focused shopping flow.

The primary challenge was to design a powerful product customization experience that remains simple and user‑friendly. The platform needed to support design uploads, positioning controls, previews, and multiple ordering paths—without creating friction or confusion for first‑time users.

Explored trust factors for custom and non‑returnable items
This research helped define clarity, guidance, and feedback as key design principles.
